But the handmade have better handling and more damage with its weapon upgrades. So if you want to aimbot all the time, then the fixer is for you.

Build for damage and vats crits. The most important difference between a Fixer and a Combat Rifle is the 20% extra damage. It does have sneak build benefits obviously, but the Fixer is also just a superior combat rifle even for non-sneak commandos or riflemen. It is also a great noob weapon even as a non-legendary gun.
