For a mental health company to behave the way they do and treat employees with such disregard, this strikes me as really contradictory and odd. Don’t bother reporting harassment because it will be disregarded. This company is all about their money and it shows. I would not recommend LifeStance to my enemies.

Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back.
