The reason why Occult Brawler is considered to be one of the best epics in the game isn't because he has the strongest poisons in the game. It's because he's so damned low maintenance. He can do insanely high amounts of damage by just stacking speed, accuracy and damage. As a result of him being so underwhelming, i redo the fight with juliana and she did twice as much damage as Occult Brawler and i ended up doing 6mil more damage than the first run.
